Mauri Market is a warm welcoming community space where people can nourish their bodies, minds and wairua.
Rather than simply being a grocery store, Mauri Market is designed to work alongside Awhitu Collective’s Akoranga, and events, creating one destination where food, wellbeing, learning and community naturally come together.
A place where people arrive for coffee, stay for conversation, browse fresh organic produce, refill their household products, discover local makers, attend a wananga, connect with hauora practitioners and leave feeling more nourished than when they arrived.
We offer carefully selected fresh and seasonal products that align with the kaupapa, supporting local producers where possible.

The Next Generation
The next generation – One of our greatest hopes for Mauri Market is that it becomes a place where our tamariki and rangatahi can learn through real life experience.
As we are soon to be homeschooling whanau, we hope to create small, meaningful opportunities for our tamariki to contribute to the market while building confidence, responsibility and practical life skills.
