Having restored her own health from CFS & allergies, she now has an avid interest in herbalism, nutrition, wild edibles and the symbiotic relationship between us and the natural environment.

A health crisis at age 29 from chemical poisoning turned David’s life upside down. In order to regain his life force he turned to the powers of nature, embarking on a healing journey that has led him to gain knowledge and skills that he loves to share with others.

Living with nature on off grid power for 30 years, building an earth brick chemical free home and enjoying a passion for clean organic, mineral rich food has been the recipe for wellness for David & Joanne.
